Operations Account Specialist - San Diego, CA

TrendSource is a San Diego-based company working with some of the largest, most sophisticated manufacturers, restaurants and retailers in the world. We offer a dynamic client services program providing information to clients about their stores through field representatives. Our field representatives visit retail locations across the US, provided detailed information from which we generate customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality reports.

Ours is a fast-paced and fun business environment requiring constant communication and dedication to hard work. The right candidate for this position will be a self-starter (able to meet deadlines with an outgoing personality). Your goal is to ensure that all work is completed on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide orientation and coaching to existing field representatives.

·         Ensure all work is completed on time.

·         Review reports.

·         Desire to work hard and make an important difference in a company that has shown solid growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years comparable business experience.
  • An intermediate or better skill level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Superior interpersonal/communication skills and able to get along with diverse personalities with tact and flexibility for management, reporting and office environment.
  • Some management experience.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Ability to succeed and meet deadlines in fast-paced, demanding work environment, which requires a degree of multi-tasking.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

Full Time Regular position. Salary Range: $33,600 to $36,600 annually.
